1. Operator and scope

VARS SU ÜRÜNLERİ İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“VARS”, the “Company”, “we” or “us”) operates the Midvex brand and midvex.com. These terms apply to the website, client portal, project planner, site content, and the Midvex applications covered by section 7.

2. Information only

Site content is general information and is not a binding offer, warranty, or professional legal, tax or financial advice. Scope, fees, delivery and responsibilities are set by a separately signed proposal or agreement.

3. Acceptable use and accounts

• Do not use the site unlawfully, deceptively, harmfully or in violation of another person's rights.
• Do not test security without permission, gain unauthorised access, upload malicious code or disrupt service.
• You are responsible for account credentials and activity and must report suspected access promptly.
• You must have authority to upload content and a valid basis and notice before sharing another person's data.

4. Intellectual property

Rights in the site, design, software, text, images, logos and Midvex brand belong to VARS or its licensors. Content may not be commercially copied, published or used for derivative works without written permission.

5. Third-party services

The site may link to third-party sites or services. Those parties are responsible for their content, availability and terms.

6. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the site secure and current but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss caused by relying solely on general site information.

7. Midvex applications and Google account connections

Midvex Mail Insights and any other application published by Midvex (each an “App”) are provided by VARS for authorised Midvex personnel and for customers we expressly invite. They are business tools rather than consumer services and are not directed at children.

• We grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use an App while your authorisation lasts. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or derive a competing product from it, except where mandatory law permits.
• Connect only a Google account you are entitled to use, and only with the permission of the account holder or your organisation. You remain responsible for the account, its credentials and everything done through them.
• Use of an App that connects to Google services is also subject to Google's own terms. Our handling of data received from Google APIs — including the Limited Use disclosure — is set out in the Privacy Policy.
• Do not use an App unlawfully, to reach mailboxes or data you are not entitled to, to bypass access controls, quotas or rate limits, or to extract data for a purpose your organisation has not approved.
• You may disconnect at any time inside the App or from your Google account permissions page. We may suspend or withdraw access, or discontinue an App, when authorisation ends, these terms are breached, security requires it, or the law obliges us.
• Apps are provided “as is” so far as the law allows. We do not warrant that automated extraction is complete or error-free; results must be checked before being relied on for accounting, tax or contractual decisions.

8. Law and contact

Turkish law applies. Subject to mandatory consumer rules, İzmir Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Contact [email protected] with questions.
